Mobile intelligent telescopic radial stacker

To efficiently stacking in open workspaces such as mines and various stockyards that are beyond the capabilities of traditional wheel loaders, we have developed this heavu duty telescopic mobile stacker. This equipment is capable of moving forward and backward, radially stacking materials, and adjusting its inclination angles. It is available in multiple tail models, including wheeled, tracked, all-wheel drive, and rear wheel fixed types. The stacking capacity ranges from 200 to 5000 tons per hour.

Both heavy-duty trucks and belt conveyors serve as critical channels for transporting bulk materials such as aggregate and mined ores. To achieve tighter coordination between these systems and enhance overall transport efficiency, we have introduced the Heavy-Duty Truck Unloader in response to market demands. This machine seamlessly transfers material from trucks onto belt conveyors, enabling a more environmentally friendly operation while fully leveraging the conveyor's advantages to significantly reduce transportation costs for users.

When fixed belt conveyors are lack of flexibility, there need the mobile conveyor. It offer adjustable handling capacities ranging from 100 to 2,000 tons per hour, and allow multiple units to be interconnected to temporarily replace traditional conveyor systems. We support customization of lengths from 20 to 57 meters, with inclinations of up to 22 degrees, to meet market demands for transporting a wide variety of materials including grains, bauxite powder, sulfur, soybeans, iron ore, chromium ore, other metal ores, and coal etc.
